This is the recipe we use for all our vanila cupcakes
VANILLA CUP CAKES
Makes 24
Cakes
225g organic butter
225g organic castor sugar
4 organic eggs
225g organic self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp good vanilla essence
Topping
50g icing sugar
Few drops of a good natural strawberry essence or your favourite flavour
One drop natural red colouring to the desired pink colour
Decorations
METHOD
- Pre heat oven to 160C Gas Mark 4
- Measure all the ingredients into a large bowl and beat well until thoroughly blended for 2 minutes
- Divide mixture using an ice cream scoop into the cases
- Bake for 25 minutes until well risen and the cakes spring back when lightly pressed.
- Leave to cool
- Make up icing and decorate tops of cake.
